Embarrassed to be a repeat customer at the Audi body shop (never my fault lol). Great service, quality body work, consistent communication! Happy customer here! My Audi Q5 looks beautiful.

Caliber Collision was amazing after an unexpected accident. Without asking not only was my vehicle repaired back to brand new condition but it came back cleaned inside and out. Staff was professional and quick, and so pleasant to work with. I received timely updates without it feeling intrusive, and always felt taken care of. I’d recommend them again and again.

Great customer service and regular updates on work! Fast and Quality repairs - works well with insurance companies Without customer having to be a constant middleman. We have to use them twice now and each time has been amazing. Note: One was for minor accident repair and another was for a hit-and-run in a parking lot.

Terrible experience. They replaced my front passenger door but the work is completely unprofessional. Window doesn’t roll down, air leaks, and there’s a loud wind sound over 30 mph. Anyone can see the body work is poorly done. Very disappointed.

I am very pleased with my experience at Caliber Collision. Their communication throughout the process was excellent — they kept me updated every step of the way and made everything smooth and stress-free. I was especially impressed by how quickly and efficiently they were able to repair my Audi. The work was done in a timely and professional manner, and my car looks as good as new. Highly recommend Caliber Collision for their quality service and outstanding customer care!
